SUNTOP ships to 50+ countries worldwide from our manufacturing facilities. We work with trusted carriers including UPS, FedEx, DHL, and regional partners to ensure timely delivery.

Production Time

    Standard Production: 5-15 business days (varies by product and quantity)
    Rush Service: 24-48 hours available for select products (additional fee applies)
    Artwork Proof: 1-2 business days after order confirmation

Shipping Methods & Transit Times

    Ground (UPS/FedEx): 3-7 business days within the US
    Express (UPS Air/FedEx Air): 1-3 business days
    Freight: 5-10 business days for bulk orders
    International: 7-21 business days depending on destination and customs

Customs & Duties

Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your shipment on the carrier’s website.

Shipping Damage

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged items and packaging. We will file a carrier claim and arrange a replacement.
