By accessing and using suntopify.com, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

Custom Product Orders

All products are custom-manufactured to your specifications. By placing an order, you confirm that:

    You own or have permission to use all logos, artwork, and trademarks submitted for imprinting
    All artwork proofs must be approved in writing before production begins
    Once a proof is approved, changes to the order cannot be guaranteed
    Minimum order quantities (MOQ) apply to certain products
    Prices are subject to change based on quantity tiers and customization options

Pricing & Quotes

All quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Prices are quoted in USD and do not include applicable taxes, duties, or shipping unless explicitly stated. Volume-based tiered pricing applies to most products.

Production & Shipping

Standard production time is 5-15 business days depending on product type and quantity. Rush service (24-48 hour production) is available for select products at an additional charge. Shipping times vary by destination and method selected.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and product designs, is the property of SUNTOP unless otherwise stated. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

SUNTOP is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the products ordered.
